Billing Terms & Conditions
1.1 Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal & PayPal Credit are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
1.2 All cards are processed via secure server technology and are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us. We do not keep your card details. This ensures that we maintain a safe and secure payment process.
2. Stock availability:
2.1 We endeavour to keep in stock, or available, all items that we advertise for sale, however there can be occasions where this is not the case, which could be as a result of production difficulties, unexpected demand or any other reason. In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you to ask you whether you would like us to supply a suitable alternative product. We will not supply you with an alternative product unless we receive instruction from you that you wish us to do so. If you opt not to purchase an alternative product, we will refund the full value of the product and any applicable carriage charges.
3. Risk and Title:
3.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
4.1 The Price shall be the Seller’s quoted Price. The Price is shown inclusive of VAT which shall be due at the rate ruling on the date of the Seller’s invoice.
4.2 To enable the Buyer’s order to be accepted, payment in full including any carriage charges must be received by the Seller. The Seller shall not be required to process the order until payment is made.
4.3 The Seller reserves its right to change and vary its stated Price.
4.4 All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a carriage charge.
4.5 You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a fraud protection agency, which may keep a record of that information
4.6 Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
