Orders received after 12.30pm, same day despatch can not be guaranteed. A valid signature is required upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Standard Dispatch
Whilst all of our customer orders are important to us, we understand that some customers require their goods quicker than others. The standard dispatch service is a more competitive service that will offer delivery of your goods in approx 2 to 3 working days.
Priority Dispatch
This service is a premium service, which entitles your order to be dealt with as a priority. It will be picked ,packed and dispacthed before any other orders of a lower status. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered on a next day service by our chosen couriers (This is not a quaranteed next day service).
