    Delivery Times & Charges

    We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your order. We are constantly reviewing our carriers and our delivery rates to insure we can continue to offer the great service that our customers have come to expect.
    We will endeavour to deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as reasonably practical to the address given by you at the time that you made the order. Orders received after 12.30pm, same day despatch can not be guaranteed. A valid signature is required upon delivery. Once your order has been delivered to you and we have received payment in full you will become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

    Delivery Charges

    Most small items can be shipped via the Royal Mail on their standard postal service, up to 3 selected items per order can be shipped via this service before it becomes too heavy and a courier service is required. If you choose to use the Royal Mail service there is no way of tracking the parcel, Map (UK) cannot be held liable for any delay, loss or damage. If you would like a guaranteed delivery service via courier please select this service whilst going through our check out process.     *Please note shipping prices quoted are UK mainland but all offshore locations which includes Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scilly Islands, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands are subject to a higher shipping rate which will be calculated through the checkout process.

    Standard Dispatch

    Whilst all of our customer orders are important to us, we understand that some customers require their goods quicker than others. The standard dispatch service is a more competitive service that will offer delivery of your goods in approx 48 to 72 Hours.

    Priority Dispatch

    This service is a premium service, which entitles your order to be dealt with as a priority. It will be picked, packed and dispatched before any other order of a lower status. Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours by our chosen couriers (This is not a guaranteed next day service).

    Returns

    Unwanted Items

    Returning unwanted items will incur a restocking charge of 15%

    You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following circumstances:
    - The item is in an "as new condition". It must be returned to us in its original condition unused and in its original packaging which should not be marked or damaged (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product at all). It should be returned with the original box, packaging, accessories. You must NOT write directly on the packaging.

    - You notify us in writing by fax, letter or email within 7 working days of receipt of the item and return the item within 30 days. We recommend you keep a copy of this.

    - The order was not an order for a business or company.

    Items not returned to us in an "as new condition" will not be refunded and any costs to return the items to you will have to be paid before we can return them.

    Please note that if an exchange for another item(s) is requested then you agree to the standard delivery charge that would apply to that item(s) if purchased through our checkout procedure on our website.

    Please use our Printable Returns Form as a covering note for the item. Failure to complete this form will lead to a delay with the processing of your return.

    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us. All costs associated with the return of the unwanted item are to be paid by yourself and return must be made to the correct returns address.
    Goods should be returned with adequate protection to ensure that the goods and packaging reach us in good condition. If any goods are damaged in transit you will have to pursue a claim with your chosen courier or mail delivery service.
    All goods returned to us as unwanted will be examined upon return and any refunds / exchange will only be applied once final agreement has been made to accept the product(s) back in accordance with our terms & conditions. Any free or bundled items received with the product must also be returned.
    Any returns made, must be accompanied by an official returns number, this is obtained by contacting MAP (UK) directly using the telephone number below.

    PLEASE NOTE - NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNLESS AN OFFICIAL RETURNS NUMBER IS OBTAINED. (PRIOR TO RETURNING THE GOODS TO MAP (UK).
